The following is an overview of the 1601 Vine Street project:

JPC was hired by the L.F. Driscoll / Big-D joint venture to perform the site work package of the above referenced project. The following items are an overview of the tasks that JPC performed on-site:

- 28,600 SF of beam and lagging sheeting / shoring. Overall depth from street level was approx. 40' deep. Installation of approx. 200 tieback anchors per the shoring design.

- 50,000 CY of excavation and hauling material off site for disposal. Of the 50,000 CY, 30K was dirt with the other 20K being rock. For the removal of the rock, JPC performed rock blasting to fracture and remove. All city / state permits were obtained as JPC would work closely with the Philadelphia bomb squad during this process.
